DELIVERIES, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Supplies of goods to ABB must be supplied in accordance with the General Terms and
Conditions for the purchase of goods in ABB Ltd.
Link to the GTC ABB is included with each purchase order.
4.1. Accompanying documents of the delivery to ABB s.r.o. contain:
a) Delivery note that must meet the appurtenances below:
- delivery note number
- delivery date
- order number and item
- the part's material number and identification
- delivered quantity and unit of measuring
- identification, description, and quantity of the returnable packages (if used)
- supplier's stamp and signature
- confirmation of the supplier's final inspection
- production series identification
b) For the carriage note with the number of packages transported see the Goods
Delivery Instructions of ABB s.r.o. PPMV, IT&S.
Data on the notes must be in a printed form or they may also contain the bar code
of ABB material number, order number, delivery note number.
c) The final Measuring Report / Declaration of Conformity issued by the
producer/supplier with the producer’s/supplier's final inspection stamp.
4.2.
Packaging
4.2.1 Each capacitor is wrap with paper in color under 1.2, labeled according to the
respective type and then placed into individual slots in properly selected contractor
polystyrene boxes. Each polystyrene boxes will be placed in a shipping carton.
Number of polystyrene boxes in a shipping carton is usually between 5-6 pieces.
